Delhi vibes 🌆🍽️
The staff were lekker friendly, always keen to help with tips on where to eat around here. Also loved the rooftop for sundowners, perfect to chill after a busy day! Breakfast was decent too, had a nice vibes every morning chatting with everyone.
Our sheets weren't the cleanest, missed that a bit, but nothing major. Got over it.

The venue is remarkable and absolutely great, its location is peaceful, so close to which makes the location quite easily accessible to the more touristy areas around Delhi, metro, markets, and food and the clamorous Karol Bagh market-which is can be a crushing experience for the western traveller. The staff are all extremely helpful and attentive. Overall tasty food, plus there is The Lord High Admiral close by.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it
Expect a warm welcome from the staff and a clean, modern Beautiful Double Room. Hot water is primarily available in the mornings, and the rooftop terrace is a hidden gem! Keep in mind that noise can be an issue if you're near the kitchen. The location is also conveniently close to the Metro.

The staff were very cute and eager to help with local recommendations. The rooftop bar was a great spot to relax after a long day. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as there were noticeable cleanliness issues. Hot water availability was also a concern at times, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.

Staff friendly and will organise a taxi for sightseeing around Delhi. Breakfast is adequate (although the breakfast room is rather depressing).
The taxi driver from the airport did not know where the hotel was. Despite calling the Pooja Palace (both I and the taxi driver called them) repeatedly they never asked the telephones. The taxi driver did eventually find the hotel but the lack of answer of the telephones was rather worrying, especially when you hear so many scams of taxi drivers not being able to find the hotel and taking you to a different hotel run by their mate. Rooms 102 and 202 are noisy - there is a generator out the back and some many scrapping a shovel and using a saw.

It was pleasant nothing. Awful hotel.
Gray linen bed, very cold, untidily, awful breakfasts, dirty bathrooms.

The staff were helpful and supportive .
I experienced significant issues with the room's cleanliness. The bathroom had persistent mould, and the general upkeep was lacking. When I requested assistance with the TV, the response was annoyingly slow, and I ended up having to rely on my own devices.

Free WiFi and close to a metro station.
We changed the room twice. The first smelled like a kitchen, maybe the kitchen was directly under the window. The second one was extremly loud because of a generator in front of the window. The third one was acceptable, but still not good. In general the rooms are not very clean (especially the bathroom) and they are very basic. There were black hairs and many stains on our bed sheet. We booked a deluxe double, but there seems to be no difference to the cheaper rooms. The name "deluxe" is really not appropriate. The staff is was trying to be helpful, but didn´t seem to be skilled. For example a waiter put a straw in our drink wich fell on the floor before and he had no understanding why we wanted a new drink. The roof terrace was closed. It was still closed when we returned to Delhi after our 14 day trip through India.
